my first bike trip
 

hello everyone
i just came back from my first bike trip to everglades 150 miles round trip and i am proud of myself .not bad for a 61 year old . i did about 35 miles a day after that i had to rest ..
ifeel so good .yayyyyyyyyyyyyy .any one from south florida ?

Thirty-five miles a day is what I generally average on a loaded bike. Did more when I was in my 50s. And I always try to leave enough in case I get lost, can't find accommodation, or miscalculate my distances.

I've done a couple of easy going 30-35 mile a day, 4-5 day rides. I really love that pace. Although my rides were on bike paths, not roads.

Click on it, then click in the box "upload file from your computer" and browse to find your photos, one at a time. You need to know what your photos are called and where they are stored on your computer. There are other ways to do it if you have your photos on a site such as Photobucket.
