    Shorts with 12" inseam?

Anyone know of a manufacturer that makes men's lycra/nylon shorts with a 12" inseam?

Longest short I've found is the Pearl Izumi PRO Thermal bib, at 10 inches. This is pretty darn long. They're strictly for cool weather riding, though.

    Try looking for knickers.

I've had several since 1999 but have settled on my beloved 2001 Litespeed Tuscany and my latest, a 2013 Cannondale CAAD 10.

12" inseam??? I'm always looking for bibs with an 8-1/2" inseam.

Even Voler (which has a long inseam IMHO) only has an 11" inseam on their XXXL shorts.
