I am Younger Next Year

Actually, younger this year. I just got the results of the annual HRA (Health Risk Assesment) that my employer offers. I scored 100 points out of a possible 100. Our health admin said she had NEVER seen anyone get a 100 before. My favorite comment from her was, "Wow, your body fat percentage is what I'd expect to see on a teenager."

Most of the score is based on blood work and weight so it's not necessarily a measure of "fitness". But I have worked really hard the last 18 months to get myself in better shape and work on lifestyle changes. Even though nobody else sees the results it was exciting for me.

Congratulations.

I think there are great deals on training wheels for your bike.
