Weather was awful - windy, rainy, high of 50. Totally unmotivated, but needed to get it done as part of my training regimen for a century later this month.
Basically just did three of my training loops so I could fill up with water and food at home after each loop.
I'm sore, wet, tired, and hungry. Time to crack open a bottle of wine and relax in a hot tub.
