    I think I over did it yesterday.

    HI,
    I was feeling really good and the wind was in my back noticed a lurking rider catchin up to me for about 4 miles. SO I pulled out the stops and really mashed hard, I even pulled on the brake hoods for leverage.
    Managed to hit 26+ for a mile or two whooosh left him in the dust,but today I get up to a sore back just below the shoulder blades. I may have pulled a muscle group in the upper back
    and when I rode today I didn't feel like pushing it much, bonked a little early on my ride kept to a slow 18 mph
    Live and learn. So even if you feel froggy, remember your age.. hehe

    getting out of the bed is the worst part of my day. I've strained that muscle group. it's annoying and may last for some time. I use a long handled back massager and warm baths with lot's of epsom salt for muscle woes.
    cycling is like baseball ~ it doesn't take much to make it interesting
