iPhone to Bike

Not to long ago I remember seeing a thread where someone was looking for a way to attach their iPhone to their bike. I just ran across this by accident and thought I would pass it along.

I don't have an iPhone or use this mount so I really don't know anything about it. I'm just passing it along for the person who was looking for one.

Hang up and ride... ... ...I could not resist. I have an I-pod so I can say that.
enjoy the ride.

I don't think this works if your iphone has a case on it.

might have been me looking for mount for iPhone. though I have picked up a RAM mount Aqua Box. I posted review of it earlier. more protective and out of the weather inside the box.

the one issue I had with iPhone specific mount has been you can't use them with an iPhone that has a protective case on it. I did like the RAM mount iPhone specific mount. Worked fine. However I dropped my iPhone at work (not related to bike riding) and damaged it. Replaced it and added the protective case. Then my iPhone specific mount did not fit anymore.

the mount listed on iMapMyRide looks similar to the RAM mount iPhone hardware. My experience with the old mount was excellent. held phone well. never fell out. I would suggest adding rubber under the handlebar attachment points to keep it from shifting position on the handlebar in addition to the one the mount comes with.
