Wow, that was easy!!
I just eclipsed last years total mileage of 2,282.67.
I'm at 2,288.10 for the year, which is not a lot by most standards, but more than I rode all of last year. I'm blaming it on the recumbents. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!!

Congratulations; I did the same thing yesterday, but my total for last year was only 2106. Recumbents sure are fun!

Got your sights on any specific goal? 4000?
Or just gonna ride and see what happens?

Cup holders! When they see me mosey by on my LWB with the bottle cages mounted and loaded on the "Ape Hangers", almost all the little kids exclaim to their mothers "Look Mom, that bikes even got Cup Holders.". I've not heard that remark when on my DF.
Little kids are cool.

Easy
Well, ya'll going to top me this season.
April,May,June, July..Rain Rain Rain, high winds (can we say 25-45mph) did I mention rain?
I rediscovered my kayak, gardening (my susan and I really got into the Buffalo in Bloom thing this year)
Then the rain stopped and....it got hot and humid.
Looks like a < 1500 mile year this year.
If it snows as much as it rained, I'll match that snowshoeing this winter!

I am right on last year's pace of having no idea how many miles I have ridden on 4 bikes.

Wow, COD - I am barely ahead of you with 2484 miles. Definitely not a record for me; in fact, it's a bit off-pace due to all the rain we had earlier in the summer. I'd better get pedaling or you'll pass me!
