What happened to my avitar?

I used to have a prefectly good avitar of my workbench. I just noticed today that it's disappeared. Now I'm wondering how long it's been gone.

This might actually be a good thing. Now I get to decide if I want to continue using my workbench as my avitar or think up something else. Also I have to figure out how to post it. It'll give me something to do all week.

This post brings me to a question I have. I have noticed that my user name status has changed from things like "Newbie" to "Junior Member" to "Senior Member". How does that happen? Additionally, I'm afraid to ask, what's next: "Nursing Home Resident" or worse. How about "Incessant Poster" or "Thinks about stupid stuff." Who are these people that are deciding my status?

The authorities have decided that you deserve Senior status by the maturity of your postings so don't question it.

I don't know. Personally I'm hopeing to completely bypass "Elder Member" status and go directly to "Thinks about stupid stuff."
