More uses for bike clothing!
The next time you do some hiking and need to carry water bottles, just wear a bike jersey. I finished a bike ride in Arches National Park and just left my jersey on to hike around. It made carrying stuff pretty easy in the bike pockets. A fellow stopped me on the trail and thought it was a great idea! Obviously he was a cyclist.
I didn't have the heart to tell him that I had left my Tshirt back at the hotel....... http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/a...ngs2009023.jpg |
I wish I could get as skinny as you.:D

One thing I have always wondered about is why joggers and runners do not use wickeing shirts made of the same material as Cyclists. I often see nylon and cotton shirts at the gym covered in sweat- but never see a cycling shirt even damp.

Actually, I usually cycle with my running shirts since I ride my MTB with a camelback and pockets on a jersey become useless. Better to spend $10 than $50 I say. |
