Rode my age (61) again today

Well, actually it was 66.4 mi. Avg speed 17.5 mph. It was a beautiful day. Clear and sunny, upper 80s. No wind. We had 10 riders, one flat. Met the "soup nazi." He's now working in a little grocery shop on Atlantic Ave. in Delray Beach, FL.

This is the 3rd time I've ridden my age since I started riding in Feb. This was my longest ride, but not my fastest "age" ride. That was in May. Did 61 miles at 18.1 mph. These rides give me confidence about riding in the MS 150 next year.

See the route here. http://ridewithgps.com/routes/6565
