Lunch with Beverly

I had lunch with Beverly and a few of her Dayton area friends today following their Katy Trail tour. I've had few opportunities to meet other 50+ BF folks, but I've never been disappointed. It was a very pleasant group and, in spite of skipping the pie course, we all had a good time. I hope that I get many more such opportunities.

Oh - and yes, Beverly looks exactly like her Avatar.

Isn't she a doll? We thoroughly enjoyed riding and dining with her in Glenwood Springs.

This should prove it happened

As we were riding into St. Charles Retro was there to greet us. I wore my 50+ jersey since my avatar outfit was dirty

We had a great lunch and everyone enjoyed the chance to meet him.

Butler County in Ohio? If so, be sure to let me know and maybe we can meet for a ride.

The orthopod says to do anything I can tolerate. I tried climbing onto my bike on Monday. That definitely isn't going to work for at least another week or so. Tomorrow I'm going to see if I'm healed enough to drive a school bus.

The Little Miami Scenic Trail is around 20 miles from Fairfield. It's a great trail!
