I understand that Lance and the RadioShack boys will be riding those on at least a couple of stages of the '10 TDF. UCI will bend the rules for them.

I'll take one of those as well.

What's the hand wheel on the left side of the seat? Looks like there is a chain connected to the back wheel -- is that so you can wheel yourself around? That's so great - you don't even have to walk over to the bar if it's the pool boy's day off - you just wheel yourself over to the bar, pour another drink, and then scoot back over to the sun (or shade, depending on the look you're going for).
