Should I specify FedEx delivery?

I received a bike bag and computer today. Those are the last two pieces for my new bike. Now all I need is the frame kit and associated bits. That should come in a week or so. I've got the wheels built but no tubes or tires. I've got hydraulic brakes, hose and fittings, but nothing to fit them onto. Likewise I've got an LX crankset, XTR derailleurs and XT shifters.

I was thinking I may want to kiss the delivery person when the last big box arrives. If that's the case, I should probably specify FedEx delivery because my FedEx delivery person is seriously hot and my UPS man is not.

Maybe you should run this past your SO.

That could be a problem. I'd have to ask her before the product ships and, if I do that, she might not let me have it.

'Tis a puzzlement.
Pick the faster of the two shippers and then you could just kiss the frameset and shake the hand of the deliveryperson.

Does FedEx deliver while your wife is home?

Given that the FedEx babe is seriously hot, order whatever it is a bit at a time a couple of days apart for each order:D:D:D

I have thought about that. My primary objective, however, is getting the bike assembled so I can start riding it. I'm already tired of having to wait this long. If I thought the FedEx babe would take even 5 minutes longer, she'd be out of the running.

Just face it- by the time that frame arrives you will be kiising the delivery person---Even if he hasn't shaved that morning.

True. I'm just thinking it will be more fun if it's FedEx.

My UPS man is a sadist. He just likes to destroy bicycles.

No kisses for him, then!!! Not even a handshake.

Do you suppose your UPS man is afraid of what you might do if he delivers a bike undamaged? That's a possibility that I hadn't considered.

I had a major problem with UPS several years ago; they damaged an expensive plexiglass top for my sports car. The box was smashed on one corner. It took me over six months to get a settlement. Since then it's been FexEx. Now, considering that your FedEx driver is hot, this should be a no brainer!

Oh, I just noticed that you're in ST. Peters. Since I'm only 15 minutes west of you, have the frame kit delivered to my house and I'll worry about the hot delivery person!
