Hmm, you guys look familiar (tandem). Maybe I've seen you on a ride before, I dunno!

Beanz we rode down SGRT a lot last few years when I could get her out, we would go down to Seal Beach and sometimes get down to Huntington Beach I think you are always on SART mostly when you ride the river beds.

I've been riding tandems together with Mrs. Grouch since 1976. You have a lots better bike than our first tandem but it was the best we could afford at the time. That crummy old Schwinn Twin was a life changing acquisition. There is no way I would be into bicycles to the extent that I am had it not been for Mrs. Grouch's companionship all these years.

This February we came to the realization that my elbows were never going to heal completely. We were either going to have to spend a boatload of money on some new recumbent bikes or completely change our lifestyle. It was an easy decision.

I'm sure I have seen you somewhere, maybe on an organized ride (Palmsprings). The tandem and team look very familiar.

But we do ride SGRT once in a while.

BTW, we also ride tandem as you can see from my sig below. Most of the time we ride singles but a period back in 99-2000, we rode strictly tandem for about a year! Did 4 centuries and Rosarito-Ensenada ride (that was a blast on the tandem)

A tandem video...this vid a little shakey, Gina worked the cam.

and another...most the people in my videos are BF members
