Still Miss Him!
Went to greater things 10 yrs ago. The guy who bought me my first bike, taught me how to ride a bike, took off my training wheels and sent me on my way. Somehow I think he reached down and gave me a big push when I desperately needed it trying to climb a hill this week and had absolutely nothing in the tank. Miss you Dad!

Lost mine when I was 6. Not too many memories but a few have stayed with me. I have thought about him a lot though throughout my life.

Envy all of you who have been lucky enough to have had ANY positive relationship with your father(s). Mine was basically a "NO-SHOW". Trying hard to be a good Dad for my daughters.

My dad died 2 years ago. Your post reminded me of the day he taught me to ride a bike.
