A good point and well stated. There is a difference, however, between the human animal and other beasts. We have the ability to do something about the damage we cause. Humans are the most successful mammals in earth's history, and it appears likely we are causing the sixth mass extinction in the history of life on the planet. Read this article if you get the chance. The link is to an abstract, but it's worth paying to read the whole thing.
