Forget the birthday ride- At your age- you should be able to delegate it to someone else

have a good one.
Thanks for the birthday wishes. I had a great birthday in Savannah. No age ride yet, but I did manage a 25 mile ride today. I spent my b-day in a room full of my fellow cycling advocates at the first ever Georgia Bike Summit. I'm really encouraged that good things are coming for bicyclists with all the great people working so hard and so smartly. Now it's time for one more fresh seafood meal before driving home.
Hey, Dnvr, I actually have a copy of that Harmonica Blues album with the great R. Crumb cover art.
The more you ride your bike, the less your ass will hurt.
I missed this one yesterday, too many football games son gameplan I suppose. Anywhoo, I wish you a belated happy birthday. You are one of my heroes with all you have ridden through.

Happy BD, BD.
On the subject of blues, I've been listening to a lot Keb' Mo' lately. Tasty.

And from me too, belatedly, every good wish and many (maybe a century?) of very happy returns
Happy late birthday BluesDawg. Every additional one is a good one.
Just take it
Yes - also late, but now a very merry un-birthday to you. Keep on truckin'.
