I have one too but it does not have all those brown stripes across the top. What the heck are they supposed to be? Any help would be apprecitated on obtaining the stripes.

I remember the orchestra director at my high school was a light-skinned dark-haired man that was balding, and it got to where he had one little ribbon of hair about an inch wide that he combed up and over the dome and back down the other side...must have been 18" long. It looked less convincing than that helmet.
