I should use my head and go to the Gym.

The brain benefits from being used, so that, in a neat circle, resistance training may both demand and create additional brain circuitry. Imagine what someone like Einstein might have accomplished if he had occasionally gone to the gym. See:

Einstein was a cyclist.

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving”--Albert Einstein

Can't find the reference right now, but it's said that he developed the theory of relativity while riding his bike.

EDIT: tcs found it while i was looking for it. Thanks.

I should use my head and go to the Gym... That's in addition to riding my bike, of course.

I'll have to forward this to my coach. He seems to think it is important to have balance without moving and perscribes excersizes that are preparing me for the circus or Cirque Du Soleil.

Doesn't the story go that as he rode toward a clock tower exceeding the speed of light that the clock hands moved backwards?

You may have noticed that phenomenon yourself.

It is also said he'd poo in his pants while working on his theories because he was too preoccupied to bother to go to the bathroom.
