I knew Midlothian, TX, would be there. I just knew it. It's the home of several cement kilns and is rather famous locally for its poor air quality. Rep. Joe Barton is the buffoon who represents this area and I can't understand why they don't vote is butt out of there. He's the guy who apologized to BP for the White House's investigation of the Gulf oil spill, calling it a "shakedown". Check out his committee assignments:
* Committee on Energy and Commerce (Chair emeritus)
o Subcommittee on Commerce, Manufacturing and Trade
o Subcommittee on Communications and Technology
o Subcommittee on Energy and Power
o Subcommittee on Environment and Economy
o Subcommittee on Health
o Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations
Bascially a fox guarding the hen house for all the other foxes. His district comes within a few blocks of my house.

Thanks to C-SPAN I know who Joe Barton is. Describing him as a "buffoon" is an insult to buffoons.
