My LBS
I just wanted to share how cool they are to me.
I went to pick up a cassette removal tool and chain whip and I didn't see the removal tool on the rack. I was talking to the mechanic and he was looking up the part number, Park Tool FR5, and he says to me," you know what I have a bunch in my tool box". He goes back to his tool box and comes back and says "here you go No Charge!"
Bought the chain whip a couple tubes and went for a 35 mile ride.
Big kudos to Bike Doctor Waldorf .

Waldorf has grown for sure. Weekend traffic is the pits, well almost any day traffic at the wrong time of day.
Bryans Road is on one of my rides.

That's even better than my ca. 1970 experience at La Jolla Cyclery. My brother-in-law-to-be and I took his rear wheel there because we did not have the correct freewheel remover. They spun it off, no charge, saying, "It's almost closing time, and our cash register is full."
