Getting better with age

For the last 8 years I have competed in a local race called the Race to the Angel, this last year I covered the 13 mile course in one hour and four minutes. The course starts at 5100 feet and gains 3100 feet, three of the top ten riders were over fifty, I got second in my age, first place in the fifty and over covered it in one hour. I'm new to this site so it's great to see so much interest in us senior citizens and plus this was my fastest time ever, just because we're older doesn't mean we're over the hill yet.
