Time to crank it up a notch ( or two ) ?
Now that summer is finally coming I'm starting to feel lazy. Maybe it's because I'm in better shape than last year. My HR is down, my recovery time is much, much faster and I'm not out of breath anymore and when I get back I feel that I should have stayed out longer.
Here's a couple of samples of my typical 1 hour lunchtime loop. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/92192454 was from Monday http://connect.garmin.com/activity/92807884 was from today and was rather leisurely. I guess I should start cranking it up a notch or two ? |
