An apology of sorts

I've made some pretty rough replies lately. Don't know why. Just that age thing and getting crusty I guess.
My bad.

This is a new one. Someone on BF apologizing.
Ok, what did you say? I missed it.

Think Bigbadwullf was in the scouts and is being prepared for when he does upset someone.

Was this meant to be posted in a spousal forum?

You can have and express opinions here. After years of road rash, we still aren't that thin skinned.

Hey Wullf, there're some things we ALL need to note regarding the reality of the electronic social environment.

1. Most folk are so wrapped around their own axles that they don't even notice real danger...never mind the Internet rants of an anonymous BF50+'er.

2. All of us here on BF50+ have earned some level of colorful grumpiness. Expressed in the safe obscurity of a backwater sub-group of an equally obscure forum, the idea that much offence is taken is...well...quaint.

3. I assure you, the sun will rise tomorrow.

Wulf,
I doubt the two repiles I saw in threads I was engaged in made anyone even think twice. It is decent of you to publicly apologize for your self percieved rudeness. All of us being 50+ and in some cases 60+ and 70+ or better I doubt anyone got ruffled or gave anyting a second thought. Let the kids in the Road forum do the bickering over the shaved legs, of Di2 Vs SRAM Red. We've got much better things to do on 50+, like ride bicycles

You are okay.

Bill

I thought I noted some thin skin in the Bob Roll thread.
