Thx...actually my birthday was in March.....just got around to coming in here. I spend most of my time in the Road Bike forum.

Good to be here though. I suppose it means I have lived long enough to get here.....which isn't a bad thing.

You're happy because you're not only allowed to "grumble grumble" here, it's actively encouraged.

Thank you Robert. The Road forum can be difficult at times and I liked to try to be the voice of sanity. or at least, reason. It often didn't matter.

Actually I do not race. I just enjoy road riding. I hope to meet some new folks up here (near Toronto) next season.

Thanks for the welcome

My son is a missionary in Canada. I'll tell him to look you up next time he is on mission. Usually in Quebec but he gets into Toronto from time to time.

I'll admit I did not get mine done until 53. But I will say this.

Doing it was not that bad. The prep work is the worst of it. Having the results come back, and knowing everything is fine is awesome!

Welcome to the 50+ Forum. I also enjoy your posts on the Road Cycling Forum. Like you, I try and post sensibly on that forum, but with the roadies, that usually doesn't work well. You won't get that from this group. Well, maybe once in a while .
