Cardio versus Resistance Training
Around mid November I developed a mild case of tendonitis in my quads. So I took a couple weeks off. When I started back in I backed way off the Cardio and now only do an hour a day 3 times a week. My resistance training had been plateaued since early August. Now I'm making some solid gains in all areas. Anyone else experience this?
