I tried something new today ... genius!

I wasn't quite awake this AM when I headed out for my ride so ...... I put coffee in my water bottle rather than water. Genius! Why haven't I thought of this before?

I see commuters using insulated metal bottles all the time. Think your a little late to the party.

But, good for you on finally getting there!!

Oh, I wouldn't use hot drinks in plastic bottles, you should look into stainless insulated bottle.

There's a 7-Eleven half mile from work where I get my morning cup, and two fruits. I throw the paper cup in an empty bottle cage. I ride easy to work, and get there with most of it.

Keep forgetting my insulated cup at work.

A cup of the Keurig Kona blend and I'm good to go.

I don't carry any on the bike, but before and after my weekend rides, it's a cup or two of one or the other pictured below.

It's magic!

I've learned to appreciate the Frappe variations of coffee for riding since they dont splash

You must have been half asleep not to have coffee before you went out and just put the wrong stuff in the bottle. So Coffee on the ride---Where did you carry the Pie?

50+ rules state that when you stop for coffee- you have Pie.
