Any good rides out in Syracuse, N.Y. area?

Will be spending a few days in Syracuse in July and would like to know about any nice rides not too taxing for an older rider. Prefer limited hill climbing, nice scenery, absence of heavy traffic.

Check the Northeast regional forum at the top of the portal page. Others in the area will respond to your questions and you can probably find a partner or a ride in your area.
