Not quite a training ride, but...
All downhill, 17+ miles from White Top to Damascus VA on the Virginia Creeper Trail with my wife (the photographer) and my 13-yr-old.

The Creeper is a nice ride but I think it is silly just to ride it downhill. It's such a mellow grade why not ride up and back?
