Paws in close to the body, tail tucked in around the left side, head down and rear legs in tight. Yep, he/she has the aero position down pat Needs to shave his/her legs though and pull the ears down for max efficiency.

He needs a kitten aero helmet, we're working on that. But he draws the line at shaving legs.

Well, I do have an aero belly. :) Has the cat been tested for abuse of catnip though, he does look a little funky.

Do they have a TT in the Tour of "CATalonia"?

Sorry, I can't resist a cat pun ever. Surely he isn't using PED's (Purr Enhancing Drugs) that young, say it ain't so, please.

Rest easy he's never tested positive to Purr Enhancing Drugs or catnip either one. he's only 11 after all.

I have 3 ex-racing greyhounds that will be happy to show kitty what aero is all about. They fold their ears behind their heads, have little heads with pointy noses, and are about 1/2 the width of a normal dog of the same weight.

They cannot figure out pedals, however.

He looks like that would 11 weeks not 11 years.

Cat 1 racer?

Bikey Mikey 07-10-12 08:21 AM

I see he always wears his own kit.

wphamilton 07-10-12 08:47 AM

Kit's important, he's also really into padding.

maddmaxx 07-10-12 08:53 AM

Built in clipless I see.

Phil85207 07-10-12 05:50 PM

I am thinking 11 weeks too.

qcpmsame 07-10-12 06:11 PM

Notify Garmin that gray tabby is the new argyle for your KIT.

Exactly, and he's already claimed his bikes. If I can just work up some 65mm cranks I think he'll have a heck of a jump, maybe be a sprinter.

My cat, Carl, helps me work on the bicycles and my motocrosser. He loves to sit on the seat and give orders and generally supervise my work. he will move parts around with his paws just to see if I am paying attention. Makes for interesting times. He has been my constant companion since our daughter brought him home in 2003, he stuck to me like glue through all the surgeries when I would get home from hospital. Our cat and dog bring me a lot of peace and pleasure.

I think this one - Thor - will be like that. A big help in working on the bikes, mostly specializing in cables and and small pieces. The other cat supervises but I think she's just worried that I'll mess something up.

qcpmsame 07-11-12 07:39 AM

Thor, I like that be sure to add Hushovd when you take him to the Vet for check ups and shots. I am sure he is a good sprinter like his manesake.

Bill
