50+ club on Strava

Hi,

I see a "BF 50 plusers" club on Strava which requires a passcode to join, is that the right club?
If so then where or how do I get or apply for a passcode?

Thanks.

ps, I also have Endomondo and MapMyRide on my phone if those work better for the folks in here, but I haven't checked those sites for "clubs" yet.

Got it, thank you.
Now I just have to start riding more and logging those rides.

Thanks again.

What did I miss?

I have dozens of rides logged on Strava (e.g. https://app.strava.com/rides/14577041 last Wed.) - and joining a 50+ group would be interesting.

SEnd a PM to Dudelsack and ask him to repost the join code in this thread. He used to have it listed in his sig-file but changed his sig at some point.

A quick forum search for posts by dudelsack that contain the word "strava" brought up the original thread. In his first post he listed the join code as 1952, and the location as Louisville. I just tried it and it worked.

That's it. I don't really think you even need the secret code.

I don't remember if I had to use a code or not. But you never sent the decoder ring after I joined.

A decoder ring? I'll have to keep my eyes open for that.

I gave my decoder ring to Susie Nichols in second grade. She gave me a kiss.

I've joined too.

I don't know Susie, but I'm guessing you got the better end of that deal.

Also (Mr. President) Dudelsack, I never got my official framed membership certificate and I never got my official pin to put on my Jersey. If I don't get them soon I will stop calling you Mr. President.

That's Mr. President for Life to you, sir.

I have everyone's certificate which features a full length photo of me pulling high Gs on my bent. However, it costs money to send that stuff out, especially the decoder ring as I have to set those all by hand.

I need cash. Cold hard cash. I'll post my Paypal account at the site.
