    Then there is hope for me after all. At 77 I am still struggling to break the 15 mph average speed mark.
    Best I have done so far is 14.5 for 26 miles.

    It's a tought call, 15 MPH is great when you are 100 but... For the rest of us it would depend on a lot of different things...
