Surly Moonlander
I was in a bicycle shop in Newark, DE recently. I was fascinated by a Surly Moonlander on the floor. It seems like it would be great in the mountains, on snow or in sand.
The Big Fat Larry tires are inflated to 5 psi. and larger than those on the Pugsley. The "clown shoe" wheels were quite unusual.

Same thing happened to my DH. We now own a Moonlander. The bike looks really heavy, but it is not bad. He loves it more for its looks than its function. We'll see if it ventures out in the snow this winter.
