After 15 years another FS
I bought a Proflex Beast in 97 and was not impressed with it. Thought I was through riding the rough stuff but I found I wanted to ride in the mountains and my hardtail is just that, hard. So I bought this three year old Cube AMS 100 just now. Not too shure how hard it has been used (pretty cheap)but it seems OK. Had my first ride in the snow today. Nice weather and great riding on two small frozen lakes on the way. Tried some singletrack as well and it seems to be a good bike for my intended use. Only 100 mm of travel but I am not out to go fast downhill so it will probably be enough.

Best of luck with the new addition. I don't know much about the bike -- but it looks like it worked well for you and you had a good time. Does anything else matter? Heck, that's what it's all about. It's why people go out and pay many thousands of dollars (or whatever you guys use in Norway) -- just to get something that does what they want and so they can enjoy it... Have fun!

Very well engineered MTB, Ploderlusk, looks like it can take some punishment and dish some out. Thanks for the pics.
