These have been incredible on my motorcycles. Use one or both. I used one and with a 15 degree turn of the head, I can see clearly behind me. Also was nice in conjunction with a tinted visor to stare at hot chicks at lights. The 3m adhesive is very strong as is the ball/socket joint used to adjust. At an indicated 186mph, the mirror did not budge.
I have not yet made the commitment to put one on my bicycle helmet.
