If I don't want to publish the image on another host, is there an easier way to do this than:
- "Insert Image"
- preview so you can obtain the file name (right click, copy location)
- wrap it in IMG tags?

Allegheny Jet,
Excellent post!! I've learned a lot reading your thorough and well thought out replies.
I plan to implement the over/under and Z3 HR training into my rides. Personally speaking, I've been riding to easy lately, content on sustained Z2 efforts. Pushing harder and over longer distances is painful, it's not easy work where I often look for excuses to avoid it.
Thanks again for your post!!

OP, I'd like to see similar data when you're not on the (amphetamines? Why are you taking them? I may have missed it.)
(What I'm thinking is that the data shown may be overstating how hard your cardio is working; for someone who is unmedicated, 170 bpm means they are working very hard, but is that necessarily true for someone on stimulants? I don't know.)
And of course it would be interesting to see this data after a couple months of interval workouts, lifting, stroke work, or whatever you decide to do.
Out of curiosity, what is your resting pulse (HR right after you wake up, still prone in bed)? Sans speed.
I'm also wondering, can you improve your aero? What is your position on the bike, what is the saddle-to-bar drop if any, how close is your back to "flat"?
