    Did the bike trail today

I prefer riding on the road, but every now and then I hit the bike trail. Did just over 50 miles and took some pictures. A link to the Flikr site, enjoy!

You'd rather ride on the road than on a quiet, scenic trail like that. Are you nuts???

Geez, if our cities "trails" looked anything like that I'd be putting way less time on the road and meandering around on them. What we get is 8 feet of concrete next to a busy street.

Very cool pics of beautiful scenery. Was most of it gravel paths like that or some paved?

The first 14+ miles is crushed limestone screenings, what WI uses on most trails. It is pavement From Durand all the way to Eau Claire, the Red Cedar meets that at its end. It is a nice scenic trail ride, but also nearly a 40 mile drive from my house to get there.
