That yardwork wasn't easy.

So I'm on vacation right now, and I planned on cleaning up the back yard and get in a few rides this week.

Well, the yard is cleaned up, but I only got in one fast 25ish mile ride in. (it's still pretty hot in Az so it has to be done in the AM).

It's nice to look out back and see the yard weed and clutter free, but dang I think that on a day to day basis it was harder than a decent ride would be. I've been fighting algae and a neighbors dead pine tree crap in the pool, but that's another story.

I think weather permitting Sunday will be a good day for a fast jaunt.

Copper nails spaced every two inches around the trunk of the pine just below grade will eventually cure the pine tree problem. Just saying.
