CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH FROM THE CARDIOLOGIST! CLEARED TO GO. IM AUGUSTA 70.3 HERE I COME.
EKG was great. LDL was a little high at 113, but HDL was 99! Dr was amazed. :-)
This week is a taper week. Swim tonight easy, bike and swim tomorrow easy. Easy run and swim Thursday am. Then it's off to Augusta!

It was indeed. Did the first from my phone and somehow double posted. Then I think once I had a reply to the 2nd I was unable to delete it myself.
Thanks.

Congrats and good luck with the Ironman. A friend of mine will be there, too. I think he's nuts, but then again, I'll be grinding out a couple of 65 mile days through the Hellhole swamp near Charleston this weekend and hoping to move fast enough not to get carried off by the skeeters or ambushed by the gators.
