Wife calls it Man-Clutter (also Dungeon). This is basement area. In the summer I do a lot of stuff on the back patio under the canopy.

Here is my Man Cave Area or added Office-Den room. Notice the four bikes neatly stacked in the Corner, 2 Townies, 1 Trek Hybrid, and 1 Serotta racing bike. Behind the bikes are my Park work stand and pump. My new Dura Ace 9000 group for the Serotta awaits installing in the Cardboard box you see to left. I am in the middle of major refurbishing and upgrading of the Serotta. All my tools, parts and spares are carefully stored in drawers out of sight in the foreground. It is compact space, but I admit, very functional. I do most maintenance outside on nice days. I can easily work inside without worring about the floor covering.
My most important accessory and owner of the second Townie is visiting, as she frequently does, to supervise operations while reading her book. She doesn't quite buy that I am networking with cyclists with names of Jewel, Dnvrfox, AlleghyJet, and Dudelsack. She thinks I'm looking at porn.

Still working on the man cave. The recreation area is currently in the 4th year of a 1 year project. In fairness I do commute out of town about 65% of the time. Down to the end - baseboard, paint cleanup and making window frame. Planning on some storage that I'll build as well. Going to put my 42" TV down there (which requires purchase of a 55" upstairs).
With the daughters' boyfriends around for the holidays I'm planning on a quick project to line the woodshop with particle board. Will be much easier with their help.

Best year for the "Roo" as we called it back in the day. 1970. Favorite production model was the SS RS. Not many around. Two high school chums had them, one white with orange stripes, the other orange with black stripes. Cars were not collectibles at that time and were cheap compared to today's prices!
Not to drift too far off track, but I was under the impression the RS option gave the thing hidden head lights. That is how those guys cars were both set up, but they may have been later model years than yours.

Pics of the mess in my basement. There is another work area in the garage used when brazing frames, woodworking or working on 2 and 4 wheeled motorized machines. One of these days I will learn to work text into pic posts. For now take it as it comes!

My cave has a 55 Belair and 2007 Corvette parked inside. Inside I have a room with a Air-dyne Cycle, TV, large recliner, desk and furniture to accommodate straight razors and the stuff that goes along with them. I also have some shave stuff in an extra bathroom across the hall.

I live by myself in a 3 bedroom/2 bath house, so the whole thing is a 'man-cave'. I need more bicycles . . . but a nice 1st generation Camaro would look pretty sweet in the garage.

I like the cave, Mvcrash, very neat and orderly, too. Shipmate in the Navy collected razors of all kinds. He had a thing for bone and ivory handles. Said the greatest money making scheme ever invented was the safety razor by Gillette. Guaranteed cash flow! Never thought of it that way before.

I had a '67 in the early 70's. Sold it to buy a new Toyota for my wife to drive to work. Then I got a nice 2-door LeMans, which I only had for about a year until we had our first child and needed a 4-door. 35 yrs. later, I finally got another two door, but it's a Jeep. Not really the same.

Blimey---Most of your caves are bigger than my house
Garage is full up with the Parts for the campervan and the tools necessary to maintain it-Bikes live in a 16' x 10' shed but now also contains most of the contents of the garage so I could get the van spares in the garage.

67-69 first gen were the only ones with hidden headlights
and only on the r.s. (rally sport) optioned cars
cars with stripes and hidden lights were rs and ss z28 optioned cars normally
but if you wanted to wait you could order one just about anyway you wanted
all you needed was $$ and know which boxes to check on the order form
