I need a LONG and strong seatpost

Hello everybody I am a guy who cycle a lot and I am tall about 1 meter and 90 centimeters. Some months ago I bought a Dahon folding bike (wheels 26 inch) with a reasonable size of the frame, but now I am recognizing that I need more...
I could fine a very long seatpost but i believe that it is not enough: I think that I should have to strengthen it with something like a piece of metal inside, a kind of work that I will commission to a blacksmith.

Could you suggest me a website from which I could buy this seatpost plese?

Red Line (SBS) Chromoly steel plain-type seat post + a shim from its 25.4 to what ever the ID/bore is of your frame .

and a Brompton Penta-clip (the Best) saddle clip on top, then your favorite saddle ..

if you are in Dubrovnik or some where like that, .. I'd ask in German or Italian, on one of their forums,

As US products are a long ways from the eastern coast of the Adriatic.

Check with Dahon regarding the maximums for rider weight and maximum seatpost length. Both seatpost and frame would typically be reinforced so that they have matching relative strength.

There are a number of impossibilities in the original post. I can't answer intelligently because of this. I just wanted to mention that stiffening a seatpost does NOT need to be done with steel, which will be unnecessarily heavy. Any light wood will do. Balsa wood which is ridiculously light would be ideal. The principle of making a round tube crush resistant by the use of a material with a much lower tensile strength is well documented.
