Fitting resources

Hello all
This forum is such a great resource for fine tuning question!
But, do you know a good place to reference starting points? (web site?)
I'm getting a new bike that seems to be "in the ballpark" for measurements but I'm starting a little from scratch.
In the past I've just moved one measurement a bit and then ridden to see what happens. It seems there are sooo many factors and if one is way off it may be hard to fine tune anything.
Thanks in advance

Thank you!
I will need to do a lot more measuring. Looks interesting though.
