Bike shoes/cleats to non-bike shoes.
As I work on trying get back to comfortable fit, I am thinking about unclipping to allow my feet to adjust as needed to see if that will help.
I always like the idea of letting your body find it's natural position, certainly as far as saddle fore/aft goes. Being a toeclip user sans cleats, I don't think I've ever had constrained feet beyond a few brief trials of slotted cleats. I doubt it leads to the most optimized fit, but I could see it being useful for solving problems.
