How Long Before a Refit?

I got a new bike a couple of months ago, they did a fitting when I purchased it.

Since then I have lost around 20 lbs, and obviously gotten more comfortable on the bike.
I'm thinking of having the shop take a look at the fit again at least before Spring, but I was wondering how often (or what triggers) would you use to determine if your bike fit could/should be adjusted?

One is all you need....Write down all the measurements for future use.

I have to disagree. Anyone who has lost 20 pounds from their belly knows you feel more comfortable with a lower bar than before because of increased clearance.

Weight loss, increased strength, better flexibility, changes in amount, type, or intensity of riding, equipment changes, and even changes in predominant road surface could all be triggers to readjust bike setup.

Whether one should readjust bike setup is a nore complicated question, and must take stock of rider objectives and goals.
