Bike Fitting. Bianchi Pista "Track Bike"
Hello guys. my name is Baitong.
i'm new in cycling and new in this forum
i'm from Thailand and i have never ridden a road-bike. i used to ride MTB.
looking online i found a deal with a "Bianchi pista 2010" 2'nd handed, just for about 250$.
the bike has a "53cm center to top" frame. i'm not sure if is the ideal size for me.
i'm 180cm height with a 82cm inseam leg length.
from the top tube to my jewel spot. i have 1.5 inches space..(i think it's pretty fine)
i have flipped the stem coz it was too low for my posture..
i just want to know if my posture is right for my body-fit.
i'm riding daily for about 16 miles. it's about a week that i'm doing so everyday.
the road is almost flat, just some small climb.
after about 11-12 miles. my legs starts to become tired.
i have to stop and get a break for a minute.. (in this instant break i get back my energy)
it feels like having a slight numb on my leg (sometime: the left one or the right one).
i want to know if my posture is right for me..
1.) it is coz my posture?
2.) or i have to ride more and improve my body endurance?

Your saddle looks a little too high. You want to be able to pedal with your hips not rocking.
You're riding a lot for some one who hasn't been on a bike in a while, so tired legs are normal. You will get stronger quickly.

Reach seems about right to me, so stem is fine.
If you don't wish to be that low you could certainly get some riser bars. I'd probably run the current bars with some brake levers so that I could ride on the hoods, however.
I agree with the other poster that your saddle is too high. Your leg should never be that straight while pedaling.

i have lowered the saddle of 1 cm.. it give me 25* knee angle degrees .. before it was 15*
and moved my saddle forward of about 5mm, my knee is up on the pedal axle. "correct position"
what should be the right knee angle degree for a fixed-gear track-bike ???
i have seen around, the optimal angle is 25* to 35* talking to a road bike..
but what about track bikes, should they be the same angle degree like any road bike with gears ??

i have followed your advice and made some adjustment with the forward/backward position of the saddle, and have lowered it as well.. i feel more better now, no more painful knee and numb feet..and i ride faster, very thanks
but i got another prob...
my track bike has a long stem and very deep handling position.
i never had back pain riding so.
but in every ride i always get pain in my hands elbow and sometime i have a painful neck, in long rides.
on the last ride i have had painful hands, but my neck was okay.. , i change position often during the ride. TT to the hoods. i prefer ride in the hoods, i feel more comfortable.
what can i do for my hands pain ?!?
sit on the bike my Hub is right behind my handlebar.
but.. where the problems come ?!
i have posted a picture with my new riding position..
