It is impossible for anyone on these forums to give you a better idea of what bike frame size will fit you properly than the online calculators that you have already looked at (https://www.bikeforums.net/fitting-yo...l#post17137357). The bike fit calculators will give you a rough idea of the range of sizes that might fit you, and that is all anyone here could do.

If you have more specific questions, those might get a good answer here. The best thing you could do is take your bikes to someone who can look at your fit and set them up with you, or you could also take specific fit suggestions from these forums and try them out to see what works or doesn't. But we cannot tell you exactly what to do because we cannot see you in person. And we can't tell you a whole lot more about the right frame size than you will find from an online calculator.

5'7" with a 32" inseam, sounds like a female body. Also arm length is important. So visit a LBS and do some trial riding to help zero in on what feels best.

I find more fit flexibility in mtbs than road bikes, as on road bikes you are essentially in one position for most of the ride. I am 5'9" with a 31" inseam and most of my mtbs are size medium. However I usually get a new stem and adjust the saddle for the best fit for me. Best guess without additional details is either a small or medium, but the kind of riding you do matters as well. I do mostly XC and endurance.
