How is my fit?

Following the competitive cyclist fit calc and one solid year of riding / altering things as I went this is how I currently fit my bike. I've done quite a few 100+mi rides with these positions. But I figured it couldn't hurt to post here and have some fresh eyes take a peek and possibly offer some suggestions.

Looks pretty perfect to me, though if you wanted to nit pick something, I wonder if your bars couldn't be a bit lower in order to bring your most common hand grip, the hoods, into a bit more aero position. You certainly seem to have the flexibility for it.

You also seem to be behind the pedals a bit and toe pointing, which makes me wonder if you couldn't develop a little more power getting on top of the pedals more (by moving your seat forward a touch). In conjunction with the lower bars, that might be fun to try.

I love centuries and do the majority of my ride solo. If I had to nitpick my position I would only complain that usually around 40mi or so my right shoulder starts to feel burny, but I relax my grip and so some breathing exercises and that seems to help.

Great ideas, I'll try it today!

** dropped the bars 10mm and brought the saddle forward 5mm, bike actually feels quite amazing.
might do another vid tomorrow to compare.

Hey, that's cool! I'd be interested to see the change, too, but the real test will be out on the road, of course.
