Turning my fixed into freestyle! help!
Hello, I currently have a windors the hour I got from bikesdirect. It's been good two years riding around campus, but i've had multiple encounters with popped tires and i've had it enough with it.
I want to get much thicker tires and achieve this setup:

Thick tires is the main goal here. Can anyone direct me to the right place?
This is the description of the windsor hour's fork and tires:
Fork: "Windsor StraightBlade Custom Drawn Triple Butted and Tapered 4130 Cromoly Track
Drilled for road brake, 1.125 inch steerer"
Wheels: "Kenda K191 700x23c or 700x28c"
Do i need to get a new fork to fit those tires? Thanks so much for reading!

Your link you posted doesn't work. I have a fixed gear freestyle bike with 700x54c tires. 28c isn't that thick. I would recommend just getting a new fgfs specific frame and fork. 28c should fit in the back maybe the front, if it rubs in the front you could try sanding down the paint a little bit where it rubs or just go with a 25c. Popping tires isn't prob from them being skinny your prob running the pressure to low. You should always make sure your tires are high in air pressure so you don't get pressure flats.
