linberl, a belated thanks for sharing this! I ordered a Pakit with the discount. I feel a bit nervous about ordering a bike without test riding it, but I decided to take a chance.

Sweet! I'm glad someone could use it. Let us know when you get it and post lots of pics =). I will enjoy vicariously until I can get my own.

LET'S ROLL
TL,DR - didn't work for me :(
I want to thank @linberl, too for sharing this. I already placed my order a few weeks ago when I saw this last week.
I emailed BF to ask if I can apply this to my order; I went thru a local shop(BFold of NYC).
And just like my other emails to BF in the past, ignored/no reply. When I was playing with the Pakit configuration tool
on their site; they would always email me"Hey it's been a few weeks since you configured your Pakit; are you ready to order?".
This is all automated of course; even though it came from the founder's daughter's email. When I ask can I use the titanium
parts; no reply. I asked if I can use my own parts; wheels, shifters, etc. - no answer.
But I still placed my order with the belief that going with a dealer; I'll be okay. No deposit($); Sept. delivery. But this behavior
of BF not replying to inquiries has got me concerned now. This will be my 1st BF, so no past experience with their company
before. If I get my Brompton sorted out; more comfy seating postion & bar placement - I might just cancel my order. We'll see.

Wow, I have to say I am very surprised. I bought my BF used on CL and emailed them maybe 20 times with upgrade and other questions. I always received a response - it usually took 3-4 business days probably due to the volume of emails and it seems like there are just two guys who answer. They've been incredibly helpful to me. HOwever, I do know that calling is faster and more effective as you don't end up in an email queue. Have you called with your questions? I know we all get used to email and it's easier in some ways, but getting a live person on the phone will get you the answers you need, they're not based in India (lol), and it's easier to ask follow up questions.
At one point I sent my bike to them for an overhaul via a friend driving to Seattle to visit family. There was some question about whether she would get to Eugene during their business hours, and they gave me a cell # and said someone would come down to the shop if she got there late. That's pretty good service.
Give them a call and let us know if you got what you needed...

25% off is a pretty good discount.
The Bike Fridays also regularly show up on local Craigslist. I could probably help facilitate a purchase if needed (Eugene/Springfield)

Oh, I've sent a few notes to Bike Friday, and while the response isn't always immediate, I have gotten replies every time.

I almost bought a Bike Friday triple ( for me and two kids ) in the off season. I recall they had a similar discount in the winter...maybe 20% or so. Hence it is a good discount, but I think it is somewhat normal for BF.
Thanks,
Yan
