I need info about the Jonas Oglean Kombi Lux folder

I need info about the Jonas Oglaen [the O with a "/" thru it and the letters "AE" are joined] Kombi lux. [I wish I knew how to make Norwegian letters with MSWord.]
I have come into possession of a Folder that was my Mother's. It was bought in the 70's and used very little. I tried looking on eBay and the Oklahoma Bicycle Society's website but found no help there. Can anyone tell me it's age, value and where to get manuals/parts? If not then where can I find out.
Thank you for any help anyone can give me----Terry Stephens

    The description:
Nameplate on handlebar upright is a wreath encircling a large O with a / thru it and "DBS" in the middle of it.
A Decal nameplate on the seat upright is a white rectangle with "Jonas Oglean" at the top, "DBS" in the middle and at the bottom is "Made In Norway."
The chrome aluminum chainguard partially encircles the front sprocket and has DBS in an oval mid-way back
Front wheel has a drumbrake with "JOS" [O with "/"] in large raised letters on it.
Rear wheel has a 2-speed axle with "TORPEDO" on the brake bar [attached to the frame].
An internal electrical wire runs thru-out bicycle, from the front wheel [generator] thru the crossbar with a contacts where the folder parts, then out of the upright and into the rear fender where it is enclosed [along the edge] and finally thru the fender to the taillight.
    The serial number is 4248716.
Color is a metallic dark red with chrome aluminum fenders. The name "KOMBI ...LUX" on the crossbar and a small round [15/16" or 2.5 cm] decal above the taillight that has a wreath surrounding an O with a / thru it and in the middle like a fraction is "18/8" with the word "STAL" at the bottom. The word at the top is scratched thru and is unrecognizable.
It has a book carrier above the rear fender; a cream or white saddle-type seat; dove-wing handlebars and a headlight.
The seat and handlebars have break-over type releases.
The tires are original "VIKING" brand. With the name in 2 diamond-shapes as well. Also is the size: 47-406 - 20x1.75x20, and the words [smaller A/S] "A/S ASKIM GUMMIVAREFABRIK" and under those words is "NOREK FABRIKAT

One of the links goes on to describe that Oglaends company had a license from the Moulton company.
